We are looking for Sr. Salesforce Administrators with a minimum experience of 5 years as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environement and a hands-on experience with Sales Cloud or Salesforce product. He must be able to upgrade & optimize Salesforce systems as well as have an ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
  • Sandbox environment management
  • DevOps/release management experience
  • Handle changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and work within tight timeframes and deadlines
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data. Deploy and test code to ensure no defects.
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Maintain flows, data validation, Apex code and other Salesforce processes already deployed.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • Design/Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objective
  • Technical documentation
  • Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers including [enter your additional applications e.g. DocuSign, Conga, Survey Gizmo, Mailchimp etc]
Requirements
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5+ years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with [Sales Cloud or your Salesforce product]
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator & Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Platform App Builder.
  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Strong ability to independently solve problems using Salesforce declarative functionality
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Translating requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience in change management and governance
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
  • DevOps/release management experience
  • Familiarity with deployment and QA best practices
  • Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
  • Demonstrates continued personal/professional development.
