We schedule the interviews as per the available time-slots, and the talents remain locked for 5 working days for you to make the final call, post which they can be interviewed for another opportunity.
Once the terms are agreed and signed, we immediately initiate the onboarding process, so that the talent joins on the scheduled date and time hassle-free and the client has a seamless experience. All the H.R formalities, IT procurements, administrative support and on-going engagement happens in the back-end, start from the onboarding till the eternity.
