  • Aptitude Evaluation

    We believe top talents are beyond communication and technical skills, and it's their ability to perform tasks and how they react to situations, is what makes them stand-out. All the applicants are evaluated through a scientifically designed aptitude assessment, which filters out the performance-driven and result-oriented talents.

  • Technical Assessment

  • Online One-to-One Video Interview

Can I interview developers at my end?

All the developers would be hired only after being interviewed. All the talents of Uplers go through rigorously practical technical tests, the results of which will be provided to you. If there is any particular test that you want to conduct, you are free to do so.

How much do you charge for providing talent?

Nothing. There’s no charge of recruitment with us. All our developers come with a fixed monthly payout.
