What types of engagements do you offer (full-time, contractual, etc.)?

At this stage, we provide full-time engagements, which are for long-term only. Currently, we do not offer talent for specific projects or campaigns, which are time-bound.

How long will it take to hire a developer?

This can take between 2 to 4 weeks, depending upon the skills and experience you are looking for.

How do you make sure the developer you find for me will fit my needs?

We have an exhaustive requirement gathering process with clients to understand their needs. Moreover, we conduct a vetting process for talent to get an in-depth understanding of their capabilities. This process helps us with the right matchmaking of talent and client.

While we will share such matching profiles with you, you will be interviewing the candidates and making the final selection. And in case, you realise in the first month that your expectations are not being met, you can give a week’s notice and end the contract.

What is your developer vetting process?

Every developer who applies at Uplers Talent Connect has to go through a 5 stage assessment, which includes - Communication Test, Aptitude test, Technical MCQ test, Live Coding test, and a final Technical Interview round before he/she is added to our Talent Pool.

What is the minimum duration of contract we need to sign?

This model is for long-term engagement and the minimum duration for any engagement is 1 year. However, if at any given time your expectations are not met, you can give a one month notice to the talent and end the contract.
