As their clientele continues to grow they are seeking a passionate performance marketer who would be an integral part of their team. As this will be a permanent remote role, thus working experience on repository management tools such as Slack, Basecamp, proof hub, and other PMS tools is required. Moreover, the applicant must have international client communication experience.

Technical Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Search and Social Marketing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the client, internal departments, and third-party providers for all Search and Social campaign needs.
  • Periodical audit paid search campaigns landing pages and bounce rates towards conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Collaborate with internal team on the cross-channel campaign to optimum utilization of digital landscape.
  • Good track record of successfully leading enterprise-level paid search accounts by supporting from media planning to execution.
  • Should be an expert in Google search, Microsoft search, shopping, discovery, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Amazon ads.
  • Hands-on experience in creating, optimizing paid social campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing to scale the campaigns.
  • Strong working understanding of search management platforms like SA360 and bidding tools like Kenshoo, Marin, Acquisio.
  • Experience working with scripts, automation solutions, and various ad personalizations.
  • Core understanding of conversions tracking and attribution modelling including pixel/tags creations, conversion setting, look back window, and custom variables.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics Setup, Optimization, Integrations, segmentation, and attribution modelling.
  • Comprehensive data analysis and problem-solving skills; able to draw conclusions and advise strategic recommendations towards CRO.
  • Strong PPT, Google slide, and Excel skills with pivot tables, Vlookups, Sumifs, concatenate and chart building.
  • The candidate should have an understanding of marketing concepts, audience persona, TGs, ad messaging, and brand communication.
  • Ability to deliver weekly/monthly and PCR Report with written insights that spell out goals set and reached along with stats.
