While we will share such matching profiles with you, you will be interviewing the candidates and making the final selection. And in case, you realise in the first month that your expectations are not being met, you can give a week’s notice and end the contract.
Every developer who applies at Uplers Talent Connect has to go through a 5 stage assessment, which includes - Communication Test, Aptitude test, Technical MCQ test, Live Coding test, and a final Technical Interview round before he/she is added to our Talent Pool.
This model is for long-term engagement and the minimum duration for any engagement is 1 year. However, if at any given time your expectations are not met, you can give a one month notice to the talent and end the contract.
